WLabs/Zera Shopify Sites

WLabs debuted in 2018 as an innovation brand that enables Whirlpool Corporation to extend and expand its reach outside its core by introducing new products in spaces unknown to Whirlpool Corporation. As a Senior Art Director at OneMagnify at that time, I was tasked with creating websites for WLabs and its sister entity, Zera, on the Shopify platform. WLabs used mainly Whirlpool branding, while the Zera brand had its own guidelines. The challenge was to create two cohesive sites which a user could toggle between and enjoy a similar browsing and purchasing experience on each.

Women In Drive Website

In 2023, Ford Motor Company planned a program to recognize women who were encouraged to take opportunities in production and manufacturing and empowered to grow with confidence and experience. I was part of a team that built out website and email campaign concepts, before the program was postponed for budgetary reasons. Ford branding was enhanced with an additional use of the color purple in order to stand out from the standard corporate look, while adding a touch of feminism. Photos of professional, competent women were featured as hero images on the site and email campaigns.

Professional Service Network Dashboard

Ford's Professional Service Network (PSN) is a 10-year old program providing comprehensive support, training, information and awards for Independent Repair Facilities and their employees. The program dashboard offers valuable data for the IRFs regarding purchase history, employee expertise, rebate offers, web training and more. Over time, the original website had become wrought with confusing data, difficult paths to find pertinent information and frustrated users. I was the lead UI designer tasked with re-designing the dashboard's multiple versions (for different types of users) for a much better user experience. I worked closely with the UX team at One Magnify to make valid decisions based on real user feedback, while adhering closely to the brand's style guide. The client and users celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the program with an easy-to-use engaging new dashboard.

Ford Dealer Hub Dashboard

The Ford Dealer Hub is a dashboard that houses all kinds of crucial information for specific Ford and Lincoln Dealerships, including Sales Inventory information, Financial and Insurance data, and more. The original site built by Ford IT was not user-friendly, and confused users. My Creative team was asked to redesign and simplify the site, so that a manager or user could quickly and easily find the data they needed at a glance. Utilizing the Ford Design System Figma library, I was able to stay within the tight brand guidelines while still disseminating all pertinent information in a digestable layout.

Audi Dashboard for Domo

At times, designers are required to work in environments that aren't made for designing. In this example, the Analytics team at OneMagnify maintained a dashboard for Audi that tracked their Marketing Email success rates, engagement, and the like. My task was to take a very dry set of data, and make it visually engaging. However, the Domo software that was used to build the dashboard was very limited regarding design options. I was able to utilize the features available to re-skin the dashboard using Audi's brand colors, fonts and even vehicle imagery, creating a captivating, on-brand dashboard.

Cross Country Mortgage Campaign

Our team was hired to assist the Creative staff of Cross Country Mortage (CCM) to handle some of their overflow work. They had multiple campaigns consisting of email, landing pages, animated videos and social media ads for rate changes, Military Veteran discounts, and other programs. We partnered with a freelance design firm (GDM) in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil to take on some of the work, so in addition to designing some of the work, my role included overseeing the work GDM was producing along with the projects handled internally by our staff. I led numerous video calls with their design team, supervised the work done in Figma and Adobe Premiere, and facilitated all final files being transferred back to CCM. The deadlines were often extremely tight, but with strong communication and management, it was an exceedingly successful partnership for all involved.

Audi Email Campaign

Audi of America enlisted our Creative team to revamp their Service email communications. I worked with several designer and writer colleagues in creating concepts that spoke to the fast, reliable service Audi provides its customers, and featured engaging brand photography and guidelines.

VW Email Campaign

In partnership with Audi, Volkwagen's Service email communications were a separate arm of the Audi request seen above. I worked with several designer and writer colleagues in creating concepts that spoke to the friendly, quick service VW provides its customers, and featured engaging brand photography and guidelines.
